Cancellation and Return Policy

This Cancellation and return policy does not apply to the following goods/services:

online classes, online groups or Sale/discounted/promotional items (Programs/EVENTS/etcetera)

which are non-refundable., which are exempt from the right to cancel and are non-refunable and no exchanges:

Online courses
Sale/Discounted/Promotional items

You can cancel your contract at any time up to 3-Day cancellation period, after the 3-day of delivery there will be no returns or refunds which is day of purchase.

To request cancellation of full purchased programs, retereats or speaking engagements. please email us at [email protected]. You will be reimbursed the cost of the program, Retreat, or speaking engagement minus the Book(s), travel expenses and incidentals, cancellation fee of minimum $50.00 up to $1500 no more than 5% of the total cost and the non-refundable deposit . You will receive the refund for the Book(s) once it is received at our office and has not been written in at all and in the same condition as when received. There can not be an inscription inside the book.

you, the buyer, may cancel this transaction of a Full priced program, event, Online Group session or speaking engagement at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of the transaction in writing by email or the Buyer forefeits their cancellation rights.

you do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale/discounted/promotional items are non-refundable. Please note that any deposit made by you at the time of signing Disclosure and acknowledgment agreement and terms and conditions is non-refundable outside of the legally required cancellation right provided for herein.
